My commitment to you >

I just wanted to thank you so much for helping me. I had been a secret eater for many years and was struggling to stop. I didn't know what to expect from EFT but you explained the process in a very gentle, quiet manner that put me completely at ease. With your help during our session, we used tapping to release my anxieties and fears. I was especially moved by the emotional journey you came on with me. You are a very special practitioner. After just one hour I felt 'unblocked' and relieved - and have continued to use the tools you gave me since with continued success. Thank you Vidya. I have already recommended you to others needing to try an alternative approach to medicine or counselling.

About Me

Vivid Outcomes is my love, my passion, my business.

My business is me. This symbiotic relationship means that to communicate the values that Vivid Outcomes puts at its core, is to communicate what I as a ‘being’ hold to be paramount.

I promise to use my professional skills in my fullest capacity to assist you. Anything shared with me in my professional capacity is treated with the utmost respect, care and confidentiality it deserves.

I am my word. What Vivid Outcomes aims to do is to fulfill on its commitment and promise to help you authentically gain that greater understanding and awareness of the issue you have presented, and in doing so treat the issue in its entirety.

Every person is unique and special, shaped by their past experiences. At Vivid Outcomes every individual is treated with mindful compassion, kindness and understanding for whatever their experiences have been.

To serve the community, is to have purpose. Vivid Outcomes considers the individuals that make up that sense of community, to be important. If those individuals have a greater sense of wellness, then their community benefits in a wider sense from their increased wellness.

I love to understand people in a very real way, and that's the greatest gift I was ever given which I have always wanted to share. I lost 5 1/2 stones a few years ago, and with that transformational journey of sorts, I learnt and understood certain truths of myself that I was previously unaware of.

Intrigued by the fact that I was making significant mindset shifts and also a diet consultant by this point, I trained up as a NLP Practitioner. I felt that the best way I was ever going to help others to make changes they wanted to, in a meaningful and lasting way, was to truly understand the mechanics of the ‘change’ by putting myself ‘under the microscope’.  This learning experience has been invaluable in all the work that I do with people.

Being a Linguistics graduate, I've always been interested in how we use language to 'code' our reality of the world. You could say it was a natural curiosity coupled in my own unique experiences and learnings that lead to qualifying in Hypnotherapy and EFT.

I qualified as an NLP Practitioner in July 2017 with NLP Cardiff and am a member of ANLP.

In November 2018 after a year of study, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist at Hypnotherapy West Midlands in Birmingham, and am a Registered Practitioner on the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) as well as being a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I have also been awarded Fellowship at The Complementary Medical Association (CMA).

In November 2018, I also completed my EFT Practitioner training at The EFT Centre, London and am a member of EFT International.

Committing to Mindfulness and Meditation for a number of years, I completed teacher training with Mindfulness CIC in Leicestershire.

I am currently completing my studies in EMDR and hoping to add this therapy to my practice.

My approach is warm, genuine and intuitive. I treat everyone as a unique individual, tailoring my approach to suit you in a holistic way, so that you go on to achieve the outcomes you want.
