Dealing With Emotions & Self Sabotage

You may be feeling such a range of emotions and unsure how to begin to understand what you are feeling. Working through a vast array of emotions, making sense and processing them in order that you can makes choices around how to act or not act on them, can be difficult and overwhelming at times. 


You may feel that you act appropriately in accordance with your emotions, but every so often you perceive yourself to act with a sense of 'irrational' in relation to them and it leaves you baffled and unable to explain any of it to yourself.
