Each episode is packed with useful tips and techniques that will help re-energise your perspectives, improve your moods, perhaps resolve stubborn mental blocks, encourage you to reflect on your thinking, your behaviours, make better choices , feel calmer and more relaxed and take charge of those choices that you make in your own life.
In each episode I will be talking to an expert about topical issues covering personal development and the like, which will help you to reflect on the way you "do life ". Each session will be around 30 minutes long and I can guarantee it will be time well spent listening to.
