Launched in January 2021, weekly series of podcasts are here to inspire you to  look at ways  of changing your life situations for a brighter future. Each episode is packed with useful tips and techniques  that will help re-energise your perspectives, improve your moods, perhaps resolve stubborn mental blocks, encourage you to reflect on your thinking, your behaviours, make better choices , feel calmer and more relaxed and take  charge of those choices that you make in your own life.

In each episode I will be talking to an expert about topical issues covering personal development and the like, which will help you to reflect on the way you "do life ". Each session will be around 30 minutes long and I can guarantee it will be time well spent listening to. Christopher writes original piano music for (self) mental health awareness. He started By, Christopher almost three years ago as a hobby and wrote three songs dedicated to mental health awareness to help some friends and family. He quickly realized it was a much-needed resource for people with mental health challenges and one of his many goals is to bring awareness to one's own mental health through music. 

Music is such a powerful form of healing. In the world we live in with COVID people are looking for more way to de-stress and find inner peace
