This approach is routed in the practice of Hypnotherapy, but rather than the focus being on 'therapy', this service is about offering a very 'therapeutic' experience, where for some time, you can just find space in your mind to indulge and immerse yourself in restful, tranquil calm.
These sessions help you to stay committed to your own 'self care' and really help to nurture and bolster you so that you can meet the ongoing challenges of your everyday more effectively, restoring and boosting your level of inner wellbeing.
Each of these sessions is 45 minutes, and is just the perfect length of time to 'squeeze' into a busy day.
