I offer a variety of sessions to suit you, be it what I have coined 'Restorative Hypnotherapeutics' or Mindfulness Training sessions, to help you to achieve a sense of calm, peace and tranquillity within.

 

 

Restorative Hynotherapeutics

This approach is routed in the practice of Hypnotherapy, but rather than the focus being on 'therapy', this service is about offering a very 'therapeutic' experience, where for some time, you can just find space in your mind to indulge and immerse yourself in restful, tranquil calm. These sessions help you to stay committed to your own 'self care' and really help to nurture and bolster you so that you can meet the ongoing challenges of your everyday more effectively, restoring and boosting your level of inner wellbeing.
Mindfulness Coaching

You need guidance, to help and support you as you find different ways of handling life's challenges. As a Mindfulness teacher, I find Mindfulness approaches and techniques to be really helpful in creating space with your thinking and alter the very relationship that you have to it. This gives you a far more intentional outlook, impacting on your behaviours. You will find yourself operating less from 'reactivity', and instead from a place of 'consideration'.

Breath Coaching

Perhaps you find you can't sleep very well, you're experiencing tension, anxiety, stress, low mood? Breathwork training can help you to regulate. Breathing is something that we 'do' but most of us don't breathe 'properly'. If our bodies and minds are 'stressed', our breathing will be stressed too, unless we make a concerted effort to affect our breathing from stress to calm, which will then impact our mind and body system and calm them down too.
