Vivid Outcomes is a Therapeutic Coaching and Mentoring Practice based in Surrey Uk providing services focussed on empowering you to change your relationship to your thinking, to alter your behaviours, to affect your outcomes and really change the way you 'do' life.
 
I offer up a space for an alternative dialogue to the one that you may have been having with yourself; helping you not only to reflect differently by gaining clarity, but as just as importantly supporting you take a different course of action to the one/s you've been used to taking.
I am passionate about understanding people in a very 'whole' and real way, and I pride myself  on my intuitive approach - a great gift given, that I was meant share with all I work with, be it children, adolescents or adults. My approach is also both warm and genuine. I treat you as a unique individual, tailoring my approach to suit you by working creatively 'with' you and not 'at' you to find a solution that connects- a 'one size fits all' approach is not the way I feel able to work with any of my clients.

I am an experienced and dedicated Therapeutic Practitioner, Coach and Mentor.

I am intuitive and work with each individual to deliver the optimum outcomes for them.

I am warm, none intrusive , and approach my work from a place of listening and not preaching.

Hypnotherapy Explained

Hypnotherapy differs from other therapies such as counselling, psychotherapy or psychology in that it generally focuses on a singular issue and works with your unconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy, which involves hypnosis wich puts you in natural and relaxed state of mind.

 

It provides a quick access route to discovering thoughts, feelings, beliefs and other subconcious mind activity that is the underlying cause of your issue or problem.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Explained

 

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). It is a form of psycho-energetic intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).

The premise of Emotional Freedom Technique is that:


"Our negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the body's energy system" 
 

EFT works to clear such disruptions and eliminate the resulting emotional response or intensity to restore emotional harmony and offer relief from physical discomfort. This is achieved through focussed tapping on the body's energy meridians.

 

The combination of sending kinetic energy to our energy system, whilst uncovering and focusing on root causes through thought and verbalising, facilitates restoration of the energy system and eliminates "short circuits" to the body's learnt response or negative emotion.

NLP and Mindset Coaching Explained

 

You may be feel unable to make the progress in a given area of your life. You’ve maybe set yourself a task or 'goal', but somehow can't stick to the plan, or perhaps  have been through a major life change, but felt unable to ‘get on with things’ since it happened.

 

I am able to help to empower you to mobilise your behaviours and your thinking processes using NLP and Coaching techniques to help you towards clarity, working with you to steer life with direction. 

 

NLP  really is about the practice of understanding and modelling how a person organises and processes their thoughts, feelings and behaviours to get the outcomes they do, positive (or negative). NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.

 

Neuro

We use our senses to understand what is happening around us using our own unique filtering system to sift information received externally to us.

 

Linguistic

We assign meaning to that filtered information by way of words and language. This linguistic

representation has an influence on you and others.

 

Programming

We organise our ideas and our actions from that filtering and linguistic coding which we then use to produce ‘results’- this is our behaviour.

 

By modelling your current thoughts, feelings and behaviours, we can work together on making changes to those in order to positively influence any future outcomes.  I use my expertise to help coach and mentor you to gain greater effectiveness in areas that you want to develop in, by guiding you towards adapting your thinking and helping you to modify behaviours long term.

Parenting/Child Services Explained

 

The 'Provide' and 'Nurture' Therapeutic Coaching Bundles are for all under 18s:

Provide Service

Session 1 (60 minutes): One or both parents to consult with me over presenting the issue/problem as they see and find. It enables me to discuss potential ways forward and elaborate on how I might work with your child holistically.

Session 2: (30 minutes): This is a break the ice session, working with your child independently. Getting to know and understand your child, building rapport and trust.

 

Session 3: (30 minutes) I work with your child independently, working with them to identify the problem from their own perspective, and really get that 'mapped out'. This in itself is a useful exercise, as they begin to notice patterns and 'see things' differently with some understanding and a different line of questioning, more akin to coaching. 

Session 4: (30 minutes): Building on from the previous sessions, harnessing the tools and and techniques that may have been introduced in session 3

Sessions 5:(30 minutes): Reviewing with the child the previous sessions, reviewing how they perceive their own behaviours to be - getting them to calibrate that for themselves. Check in in their opinion if there is further 'work' to be done. 

Session 6: (20 minutes): Parent Review.One or both parents to consult with me over how they are 'seeing' things. It enables me to discuss potential ways forward, if there are further areas to explore, and if continued support may be beneficial for all.

 

Nurture Service

Some children benefit from continued support after . This 'Nurture' Package consists of ongoing coaching sessions, for 8-18 year olds which entitles your child to continued 30 minute sessions with me each week.  

What Your Child Will Experience

Initially sessions will be talk based, so that I gain a real understanding of the issue at hand and implications on how it currently affecting your child now. I use my expertise as an NLP Practitioner to gain this understanding.

I may introduce techniques from EFT and Mindfulness depending on what feels appropriate.

 

'Homework' may be set as part of plan.

Breathwork Coaching Explained

Perhaps you find you can't sleep very well, you're experiencing tension, anxiety, stress, low mood? Breathwork training can help you to regulate. Breathing is something that we 'do' but most of us don't breathe 'properly'.

 

If our bodies and minds are 'stressed', our breathing will be stressed too, unless we make a concerted effort to affect our breathing from stress to calm, which will then impact our mind and body system and calm them down too.

This is about teaching you the art of breathing, teaching you why your breath is so important, and how when you change the way we breathe, you can affect your physiological rhythms.

 

Giving you the know-how is just one part, regular exercising and practising what we learn is as important. To implement these teachings into your everyday, you will notice a very real shift in your awareness.  You can observe in real-time the inner voice - the dialogue that continues whatever the 'weather'.

 

Learning to be kind, compassionate accepting towards ourselves is an approach I foster, nurture and grow with you, even if these concepts feel 'alien' to express towards yourself. Why? Because those practices heal the mind and body, as modern science is proving more and more.

Mindfulness Coaching Explained

There is the idea that mindfulness is about 'emptying the mind' and not having any thoughts. It's actually not about doing that at all, but learning to notice all the things that take you away from being in your direct experience.

 

If you notice - it will tend to be a 'thought' followed by another, followed by another. Mindfulness is simply about noticing the thoughts without being involved and embroiled in the elaborate 'story' of your thinking. 

 

In noticing we can observe in real-time the inner voice - the dialogue that continues whatever the 'weather'. Learning to be kind, compassionate accepting towards ourselves is an approach.
