Unwanted/Unhelpful Habits

Living with seemingly unwanted habits can ‘feel’ really unhelpful to you and yet they persist. Maybe the unwanted habit is causing you underlying health issues or physical discomfort. The ‘pleasure’ that was once derived from once occasional ‘episode’ has become a well formed habit.

 

You may feel helpless to stop because the mechanics of it do not lie in the conscious. If they did you would just ‘stop’, but with any unwanted habit, it is necessary to go far deeper into the unconscious layers of your mind for an understanding and resolution.
