I need to prioritise ‘me’ and sort myself out
It would really help to talk with someone because you’re not sure what’s ‘wrong’, if anything. Perhaps you’ve noticed a difference in your mood and behaviour, perhaps you have a habit that you really want to quit, for the sake of you and your family.
You’ve not been feeling ‘yourself’. There is no obvious reason for the change of feeling or perhaps there is? -You may have been a major life change, familial break up, bereavement, change of career, job loss. Whatever the scene, you know something has to change because it’s impacting you and your family.
Your moods are affecting every area of your life. You are perhaps trying constantly ‘fix up’ this feeling that you’re experiencing but not understanding how to. You’ve perhaps developed your own coping mechanisms, developed habits to manage how you’re feeling, all to minimise and lessen the impacts to ‘ordinary’ life, but you’re recognising that these are getting out of hand.
Your relationships are suffering, partners, friendships and your child/children are noticing that you’re not alright. Deep down, they are all worried about you. You’re aware of this and that somehow adds to this burden and heaviness of feeling that you’re experiencing and this is making you feel even worse. Perhaps you’ve started to feel lonely, isolated and thinking darker thoughts.

We will work together to identify the key areas of challenge at the moment and take the time to recognise and acknowledge emotions, understand thoughts and feelings safely. I will help support you to address any habits that have arisen, that you wish to stop and will teach you tools to empower you in your day to day. Together we will develop strategies that you can implement confidently and comfortably, coaching and mentoring you to feel a sense of calm and happiness as you navigate your day to day.
